Want to better manage your company’s electricity costs? Rely on us! The first step is to analyze the invoices you receive. There are many items on energy billing, so it is worth taking a closer look at some of them. We help customers achieve savings at no cost by adjusting the parameters of electricity supply to the actual demand and the individual nature of the business at the facility.
Document analysis
As part of the analysis of the distribution part of the electricity billing, we verify the provisions of contracts and individual components of electricity invoices, such as the level of consumption, the amount of power consumed and ordered, and the occurrence of reactive energy costs. We consult with the client on potential changes in the distribution of consumption and power consumption.
Recommendation
On the basis of the analysis performed, we provide a recommendation with proposals for the implementation of specific changes and indicate possible savings in specific areas:
- selection of distribution tariffs,
- changes in power parameters,
- we indicate the cost of the occurrence of reactive inductive and capacitive energy, and we present an offer for the selection of an optimal solution to reduce the level of occurrence of this
- parameter, along with the calculation of the period of return on investment.
Implementation
After obtaining approval and determining the scope of implementation of the proposed changes, we prepare the relevant documentation and apply to the Distribution System Operators to implement the changes.
In the case of implementation of reactive energy cost reduction works, we also handle the installation of equipment and servicing.
Monitoring of the achieved results
At each stage of the process, we monitor the implementation of the requested changes – from analyzing the provisions to changes in contracts, verifying provisions in annexes, obtaining responses from Distribution System Operators through verification of invoices that reflect the changes made, to verifying the correctness of the billing rates applied. If irregularities are found, we conduct the complaint process on behalf of the client.
Reporting savings
On a monthly basis, customers receive a detailed report of the savings achieved in each area, taking into account the parameters before and after the change, as well as a breakdown of the electricity consumption points included in the optimization.
